American Motorcycle Training Civilian Program Manager, Kelvin “Kip” Bickford, originally from Camden, Maine.
After serving in the Navy, Kip spent 24 year in law enforcement at the local, state and federal levels. Kip has been involved as a trainer for more than 30 years in the law enforcement field, and as a RiderCoach Trainer. Kip completed his RiderCoach training in 2005 and became a RiderCoach Trainer in 2009. He recently retired from the state of Florida where he was the Operations Management Consultant / Program Manager for the Florida Rider Training Program. During that time, he was directly involved with the development of multiple courses with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) which include: Basic Rider Course Updated and the Circuit Rider Course. “The one thing that has remained my primary goal is safety and education. Let us provide you with the training and education you need to do your job and survive the ride.
